Terms & Conditions

I’m delighted we’ll be doing coaching/astrology work together and greatly look forward to our upcoming sessions. I have a few policies and procedures that I want you to be familiar with in order to create a thriving coach/client relationship. Please know that if you have any questions or concerns, I’m happy to listen, answer and solve them.

Please read this agreement and email back to me your consent before our first session.

I. SCOPE OF WORK: LIFE+GUIDANCE CONSULTATION SERVICES

You’re retaining me to provide Life + Guidance Coaching services and/or Astrological guidance by purchasing a single session. Each session consists of one hour of one-on-one coaching by phone, FaceTime or Zoom, at your discretion. If you would like to use Zoom, please let me know 2 days in advance and I will set up a Zoom Link. If calling or using FaceTime, please call me at the designated appointment time.

Coaching with me entails the following services:

  • 60-minute sessions as purchased
  • Between session email, text or phone support (10-20 minutes each), as needed

Suggested homework, reading and exercises, as needed, to foster growth may be recommended.

Astrology sessions vary in time and scope of session.  Please refer to these services on my website.

Additional services, beyond those described above, will require additional fees to be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.

 

II. CREATING THE IDEAL CONDITIONS FOR COACHING SESSIONS

You’re hiring me as your coach because you wish to make significant changes in your life. These changes sometimes happen fast and sometimes not. When and if the going gets tough, we will stay in collaboration and work through the emotions and situations that are coming up. As your coach, you have my word that I am 100% committed to you being powerful, successful and having the life you want.

You are responsible for coming to each session with an open mind and a willingness to do the work that life is presenting to you. We will be co-creating your best life together. I provide the container and guidance for growth; you provide the commitment and effort it will take to make it happen.

One of my main goals is to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to grow and thrive in. If I ever do or say anything that upsets you or just doesn’t feel right, please let me know right away. I promise to make you ‘right’ for doing so and will do what is necessary to have you satisfied.

 

III. SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING AND SESSION FORFEITURE

Session times will be agreed upon in advance by both parties. I am happy to schedule out up to four weeks in advance as a courtesy to hold space for each client. Please be advised that a 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, and if this is done, I will do my best to reschedule you for the same week, or as soon after the missed appointment as possible. Exceptions may be made in the event of an emergency or extreme situation.

If you do not show up (unless you have an emergency situation), we will have to part ways. Likewise, if you make a habit of canceling appointments without giving the 48-hour notice. I very much value your time and appreciate the same consideration.

If you’re late to a session, we’ll work together for the remaining minutes of our scheduled session but I’m not able to extend session times as I often have back-to-back sessions or other appointments scheduled.

 

IV. IN-BETWEEN SESSION SUPPORT

I’m happy to offer you support between sessions. Please email me if you need to ask a question, a problem arises, or you want to share a success with me. If you need to speak in person, let me know in the email and we can work out a mutual time to speak for 10-20 minutes.

  • Monday-Saturday 10:30am–7:30pm Central Standard Time.

All mail is strictly confidential and goes into my private, secured mailbox.

If your request comes in after office hours or on Sunday, I will get in touch with you as soon as I’m back in the office.

 

V. REFUND POLICY

The coaching fee is non-refundable. If you have concerns about a session prior to paying, please voice them to me immediately. Once paid, I cannot refund any portion of my service.

 

VI. NO GUARANTEES

I will be bringing my best advice, resources and skills to your sessions, but I cannot guarantee the outcome of your results as you apply them to your personal situation, and my comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only. I make no guarantees other than that the services described in Part I (Scope of Work) will be provided to you. In reading this agreement, you agree to take 100% responsibility for all outcomes and results, based on your decision to implement my suggestions, whether in whole or part, or not at all, before booking your appointment.

 

VII. CONFIDENTIALITY

I’m committed to your privacy. Information revealed within coaching sessions (verbally or in written format) will remain completely confidential.
